Are you Sad or Are you Bored?

A lot of people mistake sadness as boredom, when I make this mistake I like to do some basic cheer up tricks, have a look at this list.

BORED OR SAD?

  • Watch beauty tutorials
  • Paint nails
  • Go through your closet
  • Go through your make up
  • Do your hair
  • Do your make up
  • Have a bath
  • Make a cup of tea
  • Make a wish list
  • Clean your room
  • Bake
  • Find new Pinterest boards
  • Re-start your Tumblr
  • Do some crafty stuff
  • Go for a run
  • Go for a walk
  • Think about the future
  • Watch old movies
  • Look at old photos
  • Edit photos
  • Get on a bus/Drive somewhere random
  • Edit photos
  • Re-start your Instagram feed
  • Look through old messages
  • Do some yoga and stretches
  • Create a bucket list
  • Rearrange your room/house

After doing a few of these, I usually feel a lot happier and like I've done somethign and I haven't wasted a day.
